Suzy has been in the travel industry for 30+ years. She has worked for hotels, airlines and in hotel representation forging an impressive database of tour operators and travel agents. She is well-known and respected within the travel industry.

Suzy is passionate about getting results which ultimately means more heads in beds for her clients.

In her spare time Suzy is a member of her local rowing club – she began sculling a few years ago and spends all her weekends on the Thames Riviera!!

Meet Alice...

Account Executive

Alice is responsible for most of our ‘‘Front of house’’ whether it be arranging events, call centre training, fam trips, sales planning and generally someone we all need around!


Alice has worked in the travel industry for 30 years and has extensive experience in sales and events. 

Alice loves all things fitness related and finds it hard to sit still, always on the go!!

Heads up Orbis PR

Orbis PR specialises in PR and communications services for brands within the travel industry. Orbis PR offers 20 years of experience in executing tailor made, fully integrated, PR and social campaigns that fulfil objectives and deliver results.

In her spare time Sam LOVES CrossFit - the rest of her spare time is spent with her children– camping, bike rides, long dog walks in the forest. Anything outdoorsy when the weather is ok!

Graham has over 30+ years of experience within the travel industry, he is a multi-award-winning sales & training expert with a passion for Travel.

Being at the peak of his physical fitness, others do sit-ups and press-ups, Graham enjoys a knees-up most weekends!!

Amanda is our Social Media guru, she is responsible for all SILVA's social media – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Threads.

Bella is our intern and helps with all the admin within SILVA  – you will tend to find her knee deep in rate comparisons!


Bella currently reading a Business Management degree at Sussex University.
